RECAP - TESLAW's Annual Meeting and CLE
Thank you to those who joined us in Dallas for the Annual TESLAW Section Meeting and CLE.
Among other items, the Council voted to retire the print version of the TESLAW Journal and, instead, deliver the Journal to TESLAW members in a digital format via e-mail.
In addition, the Section elected new officers and council members. We are exited to have D'Lesli Davis of Dallas as TESLAW's new Chair and are thankful for Alan Tompkins' great leadership over the last year.
There are few times in this life when you can be in the same room as an expert musicologist, a publishing executive who licenses the Beatles catalog, and the general counsel for the Oakland A's. But that's exactly what TESLAW offered for CLE credit at the Annual Meeting!
Our sincere appreciation also goes out to our guest speakers: Dr. E. Michael Harrington, Ted Goldthorpe, and Steve Johnston, who not only informed and educated a full house on a Friday afternoon, but entertained us as well! Thanks, gentlemen.
